• You will draw up and check dispatch and freight documents such as CMR forms, driving instructions and dangerous goods documents
• You will coordinate and carry out export and import clearance procedures
• Order management and correction fall within your area of responsibility
• You process unloading reports and warehouse stock-takes thoroughly
• You reliably manage back-orders, returns, redirections and special deliveries
• You handle missing goods reports, delivery obstacles and complaints from other branches in a solution-oriented manner

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of general cargo transport
• Knowledge of customs procedures would also be an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• A focus on safety and quality, along with a high level of commitment, are key strengths of yours
