• You will be responsible for the independent organisation of financial accounting
• You will be responsible for monitoring and processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, property and asset accounting, partly with OPOS
• You will be responsible for bookkeeping and the preparatory preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) for our clients

• A completed apprenticeship e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in the law firm
• You are confident in using the common MS Office programmes
• Your IT affinity speaks for itself
• In-depth knowledge of the various DATEV applications is an advantage for you
• You are characterised by your independent and structured way of working
