• You will be responsible for providing user and process support for relevant specialist systems and standard software
• You will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of client hardware, as well as the set-up, configuration and support of specialised technology
• You will also be responsible for managing software and hardware contracts, as well as providing first-level support (IT helpline)
• Carrying out, logging and monitoring of data backups, as well as carrying out and monitoring any necessary restores, are also part of your remit
• In addition, you will be responsible for administering user access rights within the specialist systems, as well as managing system access rights within ‘Active Directory’
• You will develop your own programmes using programme modules or programme extensions, within the scope of what is possible
• Supporting the tendering process for hardware and software procurement, as well as website creation and management, round off your role

• You have completed a vocational IT qualification, e.g. as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration (m/f/d), IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• your strong analytical skills are a key asset

• You hold a Class B driving licence
