• You will operate CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines and set them up for the respective production orders
• You will independently programme manufacturing processes in accordance with drawing specifications and adapt existing programmes to Siemens and Heidenhain control systems
• You will select suitable tools, clamping devices and raw parts, set them up and replace them as required
• You will manufacture metal components in accordance with technical drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• During and after machining, you will carry out quality checks and dimensional inspections using suitable measuring equipment
• You identify deviations in the process at an early stage and correct the machine settings or programmes
• You carry out regular maintenance and servicing work on the machines on your own initiative
• You carefully document test results and production data

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience working with Siemens and Heidenhain control systems
• You are confident in reading technical drawings
• You have a basic spoken command of the German language
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are known for your meticulous approach to quality control and dimensional checks
• A valid work permit completes your profile
