• You will manufacture individual parts and small batches using conventional turning on machine tools
• You will read and interpret technical drawings in order to accurately implement dimensions, tolerances and manufacturing steps
• You select the appropriate tools and cutting materials to suit the workpiece and material
• You set up the machines and clamp workpieces and tools in the correct manner
• On machines with Siemens controls, you programme and operate the control system and adjust parameters as required
• During production, you check dimensions and surfaces using suitable measuring equipment, thereby ensuring the required quality
• You carry out the finishing of the manufactured parts, such as deburring and surface finishing, independently
• You monitor the condition of your machine, carry out simple maintenance tasks and keep your workplace clean and safe

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

tool mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have experience in conventional turning on machine tools
• as well as the ability to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
