• Operate and set up the CNC lathes safely
• Provide reliable, production-compliant programming
• Clamp workpieces and align them according to drawing requirements
• Set up tools, tools, clamping and measuring equipment
• Check machine geometry carefully to avoid rejects
• Maintain and service machines regularly
• Actively contribute to process optimisation, in particular to reduce runtimes

• You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) (specialising in turning technology) or comparable training
• You have already gained your first practical experience in turning technology
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the MANUALplus 4110, CNC PILOT 4290 from Heidenhain and/or MANUALplus 3110 control systems
• You are willing to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility
• You have knowledge of German and a valid work permit, to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility
