• You will be responsible for setting up, operating and programming CNC-controlled lathes (focus: Traub TNL 18, Tornos Deco 20)
• You will be responsible for the production of high-precision turned parts made of materials such as titanium, stainless steel, plastic or alloys for medical technology products (e.g. implants, surgical instruments)
• You will also be responsible for programming and adapting CNC programmes directly on the machine or using CAD/CAM systems

• You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metal worker (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have sound professional experience in CNC turning (sliding headstock and sliding headstock automatic lathes, ideally Traub TNL 18 and/or Tornos Deco 20)
• also knowledge of programming and control (Traub control TX8i, Tornos control TB Deco) as well as experience with complex turned and milled parts, especially in the field of medical technology (precise tolerances, high surface quality)
• reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
• good written and spoken German skills characterise you
