• You carry out CNC turning work with modern machines, especially on types such as STAR and ABC Index
• You change tools professionally and ensure that the production processes run smoothly
• You set up the machine when changing products or orders and optimise the processes for efficient production
• You measure the manufactured parts with suitable measuring equipment and ensure that the quality specifications are precisely adhered to

• You have a completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in the technical or industrial field, e.g. as a lathe operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or cutting machine operator (m/f/d)
• your technical understanding helps you to quickly grasp work processes, machines and systems and implement them with confidence
• you have a command of written and spoken German, to understand work instructions and keep documentation independently
• you are willing to work shifts and are flexible so that you are also reliably ready to work in multi-shift operation
• you have valid work papers
