• You will programme CNC lathes and prepare production orders based on drawings and work plans
• You will set up tools, clamping devices and fixtures for each order and set up the machines accordingly
• You operate and monitor various CNC machines during the ongoing production process
• Where necessary, you correct tool data and programmes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• You ensure that the required quality standards are met and carry out spot checks on finished parts using standard measuring equipment
• You manufacture components on conventional lathes in accordance with drawings
• To continuously optimise production, you contribute your own suggestions for improvement
• You keep your workstation and machines clean, whilst observing health and safety guidelines

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have a good knowledge of turning
• ideally, you have good programming skills for CNC machines and experience with OKUMA controls
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
