CNC lathe operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will operate CNC-controlled grinding and turning machines as part of the ongoing production process
• You will prepare the necessary materials for the production process
• You adjust the machine parameters to suit the respective production orders
• You optimise production processes and monitor the equipment whilst it is in operation
• You read and interpret technical drawings to implement the production specifications
• You will enter control data and check it on systems such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• You will measure finished parts using measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres and gauges

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d) specialising in turning, an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have many years’ practical experience as a CNC turner
• You have experience working with CNC control systems such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• you are confident in operating CNC-controlled lathes and grinding machines
• you can read and interpret technical drawings with confidence
• you are familiar with using measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres and gauges
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You work carefully, precisely and with a strong focus on quality
