• You will set up and commission CNC-controlled and conventional lathes and milling machines independently
• You will manufacture individual parts by turning and milling in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You will operate and monitor the machines during the ongoing production process and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You will create and optimise programmes for CNC machines (Sinumerik 840 D) and adapt them as required
• You will inspect the manufactured components using measuring and testing equipment and ensure they meet the required dimensional accuracy and quality standards
• Your responsibilities include the maintenance and upkeep of the machines, as well as troubleshooting

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have sound knowledge of turning and milling (CNC)
• You are familiar with the operation and programming of CNC machines (Sinumerik 840 D)
• Experience in programming CNC machines, e.g. Siemens 840D, is an advantage
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
