• In this role, you will independently set up CNC lathes (Index, Doosan, Okuma with Fanuc controls) and manufacture individual parts and small batches to drawing specifications
• You will be responsible for inspecting the components, documenting their dimensional accuracy using measurement programmes
• Together with your colleagues in NC programming, you will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the turning processes
• You will be responsible for training machine operators

• You have several years’ professional experience as a plant operator
• You also have some initial professional experience in staff management
• Good written and spoken German are part of your skill set
• You are also willing to work a two-shift rota (early and late shifts)
• A valid work permit for Germany completes your profile
