• You will operate and monitor CNC lathes independently to ensure the manufacturing process runs safely and efficiently
• You will set up the machines and programme them precisely in accordance with drawings and the specified manufacturing parameters
• You will select and change tools independently, whilst continuously monitoring tool wear
• You will be responsible for regular dimensional checks and quality assurance of the manufactured parts
• You carry out simple maintenance tasks just as reliably as you do troubleshooting any faults that arise on the machines
• You play an active role in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and contribute your ideas to the team

• You have completed vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ experience in CNC turning; ideally, you are well-versed in control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• You are confident in using technical drawings and measuring equipment, enabling you to achieve precise, high-quality results
• You approach your tasks independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• You are also a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
