• You will independently operate various CNC lathes in the production area
• You will be responsible for monitoring the ongoing production processes
• You will check manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy using various measuring instruments
• In the event of deviations, you will independently make the necessary adjustments to the machine parameters
• You will independently change the cutting tools and set up the machines as required
• On occasion, you will operate several machines simultaneously

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in this field
• You are able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of basic written and spoken German
• You are willing to work in a 2–3-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
