Your responsibilities (What you will be doing) Machine operation & set-up: Independently setting up, preparing and operating modern CNC lathes. Programming: Creating, loading and optimising CNC machining programmes using Heidenhain and Siemens control systems. Precision manufacturing: Producing individual parts, prototypes and series components exactly in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. Quality assurance: Carrying out dimensional and quality checks on the manufactured workpieces using modern measuring equipment. Process optimisation: Ongoing monitoring of machining processes, as well as independent fault analysis and programme correction in the event of deviations. Maintenance: Care, cleaning and maintenance of the assigned machines and tools.
