- Your job will involve turning a wide variety of workpieces according to drawings, carefully adhering to all specifications
- You will independently set up and equip modern CNC lathes and be responsible for operating them during production
- You will select tools according to the situation and change them efficiently if necessary
- You will also be responsible for monitoring the entire production process, so that you ensure dimensional accuracy at all times
- You carry out quality checks using various measuring equipment and document the results using test reports
- You regularly maintain and service the machines so that they remain ready for use
- You constantly optimise the machining processes to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements
- You have completed training as a CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- Your understanding of working with metal is strong and helps you to achieve optimal results, achieve optimal results
- With your drive, you approach tasks directly and in a solution-oriented manner
- Reliability characterises your daily work, so that you can be considered a reliable team player
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
