• You operate lathes and ensure a smooth production process
• Machine set-up and precise lathe set-up are among your main tasks, from selecting tools to setting parameters
• You carry out minor troubleshooting directly on the machine and ensure that faults are quickly recognised and rectified

• You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
• You have some experience as a lathe operator and in machine set-up, so that you can set up the lathe independently
• Programming skills are not required, your focus is on practical machine operation
• you have a good command of German and have valid working papers
• you have a practical, hands-on mentality, you tackle problems yourself and are customer-orientated
