• You set up your workstation so that the CNC machine can be used to its full potential
• You gather the equipment and tools and prepare them for use
• You set up the CNC lathe and machine turned and machined parts in accordance with drawings and work orders
• You check tool positions and tool dimensions and correct them where necessary
• You use measuring equipment to reliably check the dimensional accuracy and quality of the manufactured parts
• You analyse faults in the machinery, the workflow and the working environment, and initiate or implement appropriate corrective measures yourself
• You organise the required materials and your production orders independently
• Where necessary, you adapt CNC programmes or programme them yourself
• You carry out cleaning and maintenance schedules conscientiously

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in operating CNC milling and turning machines
• You are confident in using measuring equipment and can read drawings and process charts reliably
• Knowledge of independent CNC machine programming is an advantage
• You work carefully and conscientiously, including when carrying out maintenance and cleaning tasks
• You are able to work independently and organise materials and production orders
• You are a team player and can cope well under pressure
• You are willing to work shifts in a three-shift rota
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
