• You will turn precision individual parts and small batches of stainless steel components in accordance with drawings and work plans
• You will also set up the CNC lathes, fit tools and clamping devices, and define the appropriate cutting parameters
• You will then programme and optimise the machine directly on the machine (Siemens 840D, Okuma or Heidenhain) and run in new programmes safely
• You monitor the manufacturing process, make any necessary corrections and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• At the end of the day, you inspect the components using measuring equipment (e.g. callipers, micrometres, probes) and document the results

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d) (turning technology), as a CNC turner (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also have experience in the turning of stainless steels and are proficient in the safe setting-up, set-up and machining
• You are confident in programming and optimising on Siemens 840D, Okuma or Heidenhain machines and can implement new programmes in a structured manner
• You can also read technical drawings accurately, work with a focus on quality and are experienced in using measuring equipment
• You are a team player, reliable and willing to work in a 3-shift system
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
