• You will coordinate orders in the areas of turning, cylindrical grinding and honing, and ensure they are completed on time
• You will be responsible for creating, optimising and maintaining CNC programmes (Fanuc or, where applicable, Heidenhain)
• You will reliably commission new programmes, set up and prepare the machines, prepare workpieces, clamping devices, tools and materials, and arrange for orders to be placed
• You will confidently programme and optimise CNC programmes, and are proficient in setting up, set-up and the safe commissioning of new programmes
• Furthermore, you monitor the production process, identify problems at an early stage and coordinate their resolution with the relevant departments
• You are responsible for training colleagues and allocating staff to shifts and departments
• Carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting faults and coordinating repairs round off your role

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC turner (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained experience working with Fanuc, ideally also Heidenhain
• you are confident in reading technical drawings and are experienced in handling clampingand measuring equipment are second nature to you
• Knowledge of cylindrical grinding and honing would be an advantage
• Proficiency in German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts, if required
• You are a team player with good communication skills and a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to your work
