• You set up and adjust CNC lathes and operate them during production
• You create, modify and optimise CNC programmes directly at the machine
• You will manufacture turned and milled parts based on technical drawings
• You will check the quality of your parts using measuring and testing equipment such as callipers, micrometres and gauges
• You will select suitable tools and cutting inserts and change them as required
• You will monitor the production process and resolve simple faults independently
• Maintaining and looking after the machines and workstations is also part of your role
• You carefully document inspection and production data

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in turning and milling on CNC machines
• You can confidently create and optimise CNC programmes directly on the machine
• You can reliably read and understand technical drawings
• You are confident in using callipers, micrometres and gauges
• You work meticulously, with a focus on quality and independently
• You are characterised by your reliability and sense of responsibility
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
