• You will operate and programme CNC lathes and machine workpieces in accordance with drawings and specifications
• You will also set up and operate conventional lathes independently
• On complex, multi-axis machines, particularly turning centres, you will machine workpieces with precision and process reliability
• You are experienced in working with various control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC and SIEMENS
• You will set up and align the CNC lathes independently, including tool changes and zero-point setting
• You will optimise existing CNC programmes and the tools used to improve quality and tool life
• You will evaluate measurement results using suitable measuring equipment and, in the event of deviations, initiate corrections to the machine

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have

professional experience in turning on CNC-controlled machines

• you have knowledge of CNC programming, ideally on control systems such as TRAUB, FANUC or SIEMENS
• You can also read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and confident approach to your work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
