• You will operate CNC lathes and monitor the ongoing manufacturing processes
• You will set up workpieces in accordance with drawings and specifications and align them correctly
• You programme the CNC machines and adapt existing programmes as required
• You set the turning and machining parameters in accordance with the material requirements
• You machine the parts carefully and ensure dimensional accuracy
• You check the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality using suitable measuring equipment
• You carry out quality control and document the test results
• You replace tools when they show signs of wear and adjust them accordingly
• You identify deviations at an early stage and initiate appropriate corrective measures
• You carry out minor maintenance and servicing work on the machine independently

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or CNC turner (m/f/d)
• You have experience in operating and programming CNC lathes
• You have a strong technical understanding and are confident in working with drawings and production documents
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
