• You will set up modern CNC vertical lathes (Star SV and SR) independently for the series production of complex turned parts
• You will oversee several machines simultaneously and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You will set up parts, inspect them and measure them in accordance with the inspection plan, SPC and drawings
• You will ensure the correct labelling and documentation of the manufacturing processes
• You will identify and rectify faults independently
• You will change tools flexibly and efficiently
• You will continuously monitor production
• You will carry out maintenance work on the machines conscientiously

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in the series production of CNC-turned parts
• You are also confident in using measuring equipment and have a sound understanding of programming (Fanuc)
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
• You are reliable, a team player and work with precision
• A valid work permit completes your profile
