• You will set up MAZAK CNC lathes and carefully run in new workpieces
• You will manufacture individual parts and small batches from various materials in accordance with drawings
• You operate and monitor CNC machining centres during production
• You programme the CNC-controlled lathes and optimise existing programmes to ensure a stable production process
• During production, you carry out self-inspections and check the dimensions and quality of the manufactured parts
• Using technical drawings, you determine machining steps, tools and clamping devices
• You change tools, check them for wear and tear, and correct the tool data where necessary
• You keep your workstation and the machine clean and carry out simple maintenance tasks

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in setting up, running in and operating CNC lathes
• You have knowledge of CNC programming and programme optimisation, ideally on MAZAK machines
• You can read and understand technical drawings with confidence
• You work meticulously and carry out self-checks reliably using measuring equipment
• You are characterised by a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• You are willing to work shifts (early and late shifts)
• Basic spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
