• You will operate state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines to manufacture precision metal components for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries
• You will closely monitor the manufacturing process and take targeted action in the event of any deviations
• You will set up machines independently, change tools and adjust production parameters to ensure quality
• You will carry out regular measurements and visual inspections and carefully document the results
• Together with the team, you ensure that production runs smoothly, assist with minor maintenance tasks and ensure order and safety in the workplace

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting-process mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in operating CNC lathes or milling machines
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are reliable, a team player and work with precision
• A valid work permit completes your profile
