Your responsibilities: Independently reading and processing laser/work orders provided in paper form by the Production Planning department (AV); entering and calling up the programme numbers assigned by the AVvia the control panel Independently downloading the laser programmes programmed by Production Planning Loading sheet metal panels of varying thicknesses and starting the production programme Producing individual parts even without input from Production Planning Adjusting CNCprogrammes as required Sheet layout using an overhead crane or industrial trucks (forklift) Ensuring the quality and correct processing of the sheet metal Technical specifications Equipment: TruLaser 3030 (L20) – Operating language: German Cutting gases: oxygen and nitrogen Sheet dimensions: 2000 x 1000 mm / 2500 x 1250 mm / 3000 x 1500 mm Material thicknesses: 1–20 mm (plain steel sheet and galvanised sheet up to 3 mm) Your profile Experience in operating CNC/laser cutting machines, ideally Trumpf machines Good written and spoken German (technical programmes and documentation are in German) An independent, organised and reliable approach to work Technical understanding of how to read production orders and drawings A valid crane and forklift licence is essential Ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
