Job description

  • You will operate and set up modern CNC-controlled production machinery, carefully loading all the necessary raw materials in accordance with specifications
  • you will clamp various tools precisely and set up the CNC machines independently, whilst strictly adhering to all specified production parameters
  • You continuously monitor the entire production process and swiftly resolve minor faults to ensure smooth operations
  • You conscientiously measure and inspect the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy using precise inspection tools and measuring equipment
  • You will regularly clean, maintain and service the machines to ensure a high level of operational readiness in the production area
  • You will comprehensively document the results of the inspections carried out, whilst adhering to all internal quality standards and quality assurance requirements

Requirements

  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
  • You also have sound practical experience in the independent operation of modern CNC-controlled industrial manufacturing systems
  • Proficiency in using common CNC control systems such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
  • You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure consistently smooth communication
  • Furthermore, you bring a high level of quality awareness, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a consistently meticulous approach to your work
  • To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
