• You will operate both conventional and CNC machines on a shift basis, whilst adhering to all technical specifications and safety standards
• You will independently set up CNCprogrammes for turning and milling operations independently, monitor the processes and take care of the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment
• You analyse technical drawings, identify relevant manufacturing features and implement them systematically during the production process
• You will responsibly carry out quality-oriented manufacturing processes, document your results and implement measures to prevent errors
• As part of a team, you will play an active role in modern production processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of process quality and on-time production
• You will apply your structured approach to work, reliability and flexibility within a two- or three-shift system to ensure the smooth running of production

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have practical experience in CNC turning and milling and are confident in setting up programmes
• You have a good to very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to confidently handle technical tasks in the production area
• You demonstrate a high level of technical motivation, a sense of responsibility and reliability
• Finally, you are a team player, committed and able to work in a structured yet flexible manner across shift patterns
• For this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
