• You will operate and monitor CNC milling machines during ongoing production
• You load and unload workpieces made from extruded aluminium profiles or rolled products in accordance with specifications
• You carry out first-piece and last-piece inspections as well as ongoing quality control during production
• You will check the finished components using measuring and testing equipment such as callipers, micrometres and gauges
• Under the guidance of the set-up operator or shift supervisor, you will make simple corrections to running CNC programmes
• You will assist the set-up operator with set-up and changeover procedures
• You will carefully document production and quality data
• You will keep your workstation and the machines clean and carry out minor maintenance tasks
• You consistently adhere to health and safety and quality standards
• You carry out your tasks reliably across three shifts (early, late and night shifts)

• You have completed technical training as a machinist (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machine and plant operator (m/f/d); alternatively, you have some initial professional experience as a machine operator (m/f/d) in the metalworking or machining sector
• You demonstrate technical understanding and manual dexterity in your work
• You work carefully, precisely and with a strong focus on quality
• Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (at least B1/B2 level)
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system (early, late and night shifts)
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are characterised by your reliability and sense of responsibility
