CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will operate and monitor conventional lathes for the manufacture of precision parts
• You will set up and reconfigure the machines independently
• You’ll manufacture individual parts and small batches in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You’ll carry out quality controls and dimensional checks on the manufactured parts
• Maintenance and upkeep of the machines are also part of your responsibilities
• You will document the work processes and the results achieved
• Using measuring equipment, you will check the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured components
• Where required, you will also work on CNC machines and assist with their operation

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you’re very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you’ll have experience in operating machinery
• You are confident in handling technical drawings and measuring equipment
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key strength of yours
• You demonstrate a willingness to work a two-shift system
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and an energetic approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
