• You will operate and monitor a CNC laser or plasma cutting machine as part of the ongoing production process
• Where necessary, you will intervene in the cutting process to ensure consistent quality
• You will load large metal parts into the machine using an overhead crane and remove them once processing is complete
• Before starting work, you check the material for dimensional accuracy and external defects
• During machining, you monitor the machine’s operation and respond to any faults or deviations
• You check the cut components for quality and compliance with specifications
• You stack and sort finished parts by type for the next stage of the production process

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

a design mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have experience of operating CNC machines, ideally on laser or plasma cutting systems
• you are familiar with the safe operation of overhead cranes or hoists when loading large metal parts, or you are willing to learn quickly
• you can also read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
