CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you operate the production equipment and monitor ongoing manufacturing processes
• you programme and set up CNC machines independently for the respective production orders
• You will reconfigure the machines and adjust them for new components and tools
• You will check the machining steps against drawings and production documents
• You carry out quality control on the manufactured components using measuring equipment
• You identify dimensional deviations at an early stage and make the necessary adjustments to the machine parameters
• You monitor the production process and resolve minor faults on the machinery independently
• You regularly check tools and equipment for wear and replace them as required
• You carefully document production and inspection results
• You play an active role in optimising machining programmes and process flows

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or CNC milling/turning operator (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ relevant professional experience in the field of CNC manufacturing
• You have in-depth knowledge of programming and setting up CNC machines
• You are confident in using measuring equipment for quality control
• You are known for your careful and precise work
• You are willing to work shifts (3-shift system)
• You are reliable and happy to take responsibility for the results of your work
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
