CNC Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll operate and set up Homag CNC machining centres
• You’ll manufacture furniture and interior fittings according to technical drawings and parts lists
• You’ll monitor the production process and ensure it runs smoothly
• You’ll carry out quality checks and dimensional inspections independently
• You’ll help optimise existing CNC programmes and production processes
• You will work closely with work planning, design and production
• You will check manufactured components for dimensional accuracy and build quality
• You will carefully adhere to the production documentation and parts lists

What we’re looking for

• As a career changer (m/f/d), you are very welcome to apply
• Ideally, you have experience in woodworking production
• You have previously worked with CNC machining centres, ideally with Homag machines
• Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM systems would be an advantage
• A basic command of German, both spoken and written, is a key attribute
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working as part of a team
• Independence, flexibility and a proactive approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
