• You will operate multi-spindle machines as well as CNC-controlled surface and cylindrical grinding machines
• You will monitor and control the production process in accordance with specifications
• Before production starts, you set up the machines and prepare them in accordance with the production documentation
• You load the machines with workpieces and materials and remove the finished parts
• During production, you check the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the workpieces using standard measuring equipment
• In the event of deviations or faults in the process, you intervene, adjust machine parameters within the specified limits and, if necessary, inform your line managers
• You maintain the machines and carry out regular servicing in accordance with instructions
• You carry out tool changes and check the condition of the grinding tools

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have gained experience working with grinding machines
• Alternatively, you have many years’ experience in a metalworking company and are familiar with metallic materials
• You are able to read and implement production documents and technical drawings
• You have a basic spoken command of the German language
• You work meticulously, reliably and with a focus on quality
• You have technical understanding and manual dexterity
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
