• You will grind individual and small-batch components of high complexity and precision
• You will machine various new parts on a Kehren RI10 vertical rotary surface grinding centre and a Blohm CNC surface grinding machine
• You will independently create and optimise CNC programmes on workshop-oriented control systems and/or using CAM
• You will define machining processes based on economic considerations and optimise them where necessary
• You coordinate production (e.g. tool management and order sequencing)
• You will rectify faults or assist the maintenance team
• You will deburr and clean components and prepare them for transport
• You will carry out maintenance and cleaning work according to schedule

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• several years’ specialist experience or an additional specialist qualification, e.g. master craftsman (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d)
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift rota and on Saturdays
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
