• You will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines for the manufacture of precision components
• In this role, you will set up and configure the machines and monitor the manufacturing process
• You will ensure the quality of the finished workpieces through regular checks and measurements
• You will also be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the machines and tools
• As part of your role, you will read and interpret technical drawings and work plans
• You will optimise the manufacturing process and improve machine performance
• You will be expected to work closely with the team to continuously improve production efficiency

• You have completed vocational training as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have gained several years’ professional experience in the field of CNC machining
• you also have experience working with various materials (metals, etc.)
• A sound knowledge of CNC programming (e.g. Siemens, Heidenhain) will be an advantage
• you have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• you are also willing to work shifts
• A high level of precision and quality awareness are to your credit
