• You will operate CNC machines and monitor the manufacturing processes
• Using the Zeiss Accura or Zeiss Prismo measuring machines, you will carry out measurements on components
• You will create and edit measurement programmes in Calypso (Accura) or RationalDMIS (Prismo)
• Using technical drawings and inspection plans, you will determine dimensions, form and position tolerances
• You use measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres or gauges for quality assurance
• You analyse measurement results and document them carefully
• In the event of deviations, you identify sources of error and provide feedback to the production department
• You set up machines and measuring equipment and clamp the components in place correctly
• You maintain test equipment and measuring machines and ensure they are in good working order

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in quality assurance and in using measuring equipment
• Knowledge of operating Zeiss Accura or Zeiss Prismo measuring machines would be an advantage
• You are familiar with the Calypso or RationalDMIS measurement programmes
• You have experience in operating CNC machines
• You have a good technical understanding and can read technical drawings
• You are known for your meticulous and reliable approach to work, including when documenting measurement results
• A basic command of spoken German (minimum requirement) and a valid work permit round off your profile
