• You will be responsible for setting up, operating and programming CNC-controlled milling machines (focus: Okuma machines)
• You will also be responsible for manufacturing high-precision milled parts from materials such as titanium, stainless steel, plastic or alloys for medical technology applications
• You are also responsible for adapting and optimising CNC programs directly on the machine or using CAD/CAM systems
• You are responsible for the independent selection and setup of tools and the optimisation of cutting parameters
• You are responsible for monitoring the manufacturing processes and quality assurance based on technical drawings and specifications
• Testing the manufactured components using measuring equipment (e.g. calipers, 3D calipers, 3D measuring instruments). calipers, 3D measuring machine, roughness measuring devices)
• you will document the manufacturing and testing processes in accordance with GMP, FDA and ISO 13485
• your tasks will include the care and maintenance of the machines and support with preventive maintenance

• You have completed training as a CNC specialist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of CNC milling, ideally in a medical technology environment
• You also have sound knowledge of milling technologies, 3-axis and 5-axis machining, Experience with Okuma milling machines as well as safe handling of Okuma OSP control
• You can read technical drawings and work according to them
• You have a good command of spoken German
• Reliability and the ability to work in a team as well as a precise way of working speak for you
