Independent operation and set-up of CNC milling machines, including tools and clamping devices; production of complex individual parts and small batches in accordance with technical drawings and quality specifications; importing, checking and adapting existing CNC programmes, as well as making programme changes independently directly on the machine Understanding and optimising programme sequences, machining strategies, cutting parameters and tool paths. A very good understanding of machining processes and confident handling of modern tool technology. Ensuring stable, cost-effective processes in terms of quality, cycle times and tool life. Carrying out independent dimensional checks using standard measuring equipment, as well as correcting tool and machine parameters. Identifying and resolving machining issues, and continuously improving set-up and production processes. Ideally, at least five years’ professional experience in CNC machining, preferably in single-part production Ability to work as part of a team, ability to work independently, an interest in technology and a passion for new components and challenges Compliance with the applicable occupational health and safety regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association
