• You will set up, adjust and programme modern CNC milling machines (3- to 5-axis milling centres) independently
• You will select and change tools independently and adapt cutting parameters to the production order in a targeted manner
• You will produce precise threads, special parts and series parts from different materials (e.g. steel, stainless steel or special alloys) according to technical drawings and our customers' specifications
• You will carry out dimensional checks independently using modern measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers or 3D measuring machines

• You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC milling cutter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have comprehensive and mandatory knowledge in the operation, setup and programming of CNC milling machines, preferably with Heidenhain, Siemens or Fanuc control
• you are confident and experienced with technical drawings and test equipment
• you have a good command of spoken German and have valid working papers
• you are willing to work shifts (depending on the operating model)
• you work carefully, independently and show team orientation
