CNC milling cutter (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you will set up and programme milling centres independently, for example using DATRON or ECKELMANN control systems
• You will programme and operate laser machines as part of the manufacturing processes
• You will create programmes for components using 3D CAD systems such as Schott or Delcam
• You will carry out quality control of the manufactured components independently and document the necessary inspection parameters
• You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the tools and machines used
• You set up and position workpieces correctly in the machining centres
• You continuously check the dimensional accuracy of the manufactured parts against technical drawings
• In the event of disruptions to machine operation, you will intervene and rectify minor faults independently
• You will prepare the necessary materials and tools for the respective production orders

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), engraver (m/f/d) or hold a similar qualification
• You are also very welcome to join us as a recently qualified skilled worker (m/f/d)
• You have good knowledge and skills in the programming and operation of CNC milling machines
• Experience in using CAD systems such as Schott or Delcam is an advantage
• You work carefully and precisely, including in quality control and the documentation of test parameters
• You are a team player and demonstrate a high level of commitment
• You communicate clearly and reliably with your colleagues throughout the production process
• You are willing to undertake further training and work occasional overtime
• You have at least a basic spoken knowledge of German
• A valid work permit is required
