• CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls (e.g. TNC 640, iTNC 530 or similar), set them up and operate them
• You will mill components independently in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You will select tools, jigs and clamping devices and set them up
• You will optimise machining sequences and cutting parameters
• You will inspect the finished components using measuring equipment (e.g. callipers, micrometres, and, where applicable, 3D measurement technology)
• You carry out minor maintenance and repair work on the machines
• You document the manufacturing processes and report any anomalies

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), milling machine operator (m/f/d), machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sheet metal or metalworking is also an advantage for you
• You have extensive experience in working with Heidenhain control systems (plain-text programming, and CAD/CAM where applicable)
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Your ability to work as part of a team, your commitment, reliability and a proactive, precise approach to your work are your strengths
