• CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls (e.g. TNC 640, iTNC 530 or similar), you will programme, set up and operate them
• You will mill components independently in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
• You will select and set up tools, fixtures and clamping devices
• You will optimise machining sequences and cutting parameters
• You will inspect the finished components using measuring equipment (e.g. callipers, micrometres, and 3D measurement technology where applicable)
• You carry out minor maintenance and repair work on the machines
• Finally, you document the manufacturing processes and report any anomalies

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), a milling machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have solid experience in working with Heidenhain control systems (plain-text programming, and, where applicable, CAD/CAM)
• Experience in sheet metal or metalworking would be an advantage
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are desirable
• You are willing to work shifts (if required by the company)
• You have a good technical understanding and are confident in reading technical drawings
• You work carefully, precisely and independently
