• You will programme 3-axis milling machines independently and work confidently with Heidenhain controls
• Using technical drawings, you will carry out production orders precisely and reliably
• You will also set up CNC machines independently, reconfigure them as required and operate them during the ongoing production process
• In doing so, you will manufacture both individual parts and production runs with a high degree of precision
• Through meticulous quality controls, you will ensure that you reliably meet the required standards

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist, precision engineer, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector
• you have professional experience in machining and have ideally already worked in high-precision single-part and small-batch production
• You have in-depth knowledge of operating Heidenhain control systems on 3-axis milling machines
• You are fully familiar with the independent programming, set-up, preparation and operation of CNC milling machines
• You can read technical drawings and design plans confidently and implement them precisely in production
• Knowledge of 4-, 4.5- or 5-axis machining, for example on machines from Mikron, Hermle or DMG
