• You will manufacture components on CNC milling machines and accurately implement technical drawings and production specifications
• In accordance with specifications, you will set up and reconfigure the CNC machines and clamp workpieces and tools correctly
• You will create, optimise or adapt CNC programmes, either directly on the machine or in the work preparation department, depending on the control system
• You will operate and monitor the machining processes and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• Where required, you will also carry out turning operations and machine components on CNC lathes
• During and after production, you will check the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts using measuring and testing equipment
• You select the appropriate tools, replace wear parts and keep an eye on cutting data
• You keep your machine and workstation clean, carry out simple maintenance tasks and observe health and safety regulations
• You carefully document your production data and test results

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in CNC milling or, alternatively, in CNC turning
• You can read technical drawings and implement them confidently in production
• Knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines is an advantage
• You work meticulously and reliably and have a keen eye for dimensional accuracy when manufacturing equipment
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
