- You will independently set up modern CNC-controlled milling machines fitted with Heidenhain controls and operate them reliably as part of the daily production process
- You will independently manufacture precise parts and individual components in accordance with specified technical drawings and strict quality requirements
- You will independently carry out the necessary tool changes and professionally make any required dimensional adjustments to the existing programmes
- You will continuously monitor the entire machining process and carry out regular quality checks independently using precise measuring equipment
- You will regularly maintain and service the assigned machine tools and independently resolve minor technical faults in the production process
- You will conscientiously document your work results, whilst consistently complying with and taking into account all internal safety and quality guidelines
Requirements
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), precision engineering technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- you also have solid practical professional experience in the independent operation of Heidenhain milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- you have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth internal communication
- your willingness to work a reliable two-shift system from Monday to Friday is a key personal attribute
- Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of quality awareness, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a structured, independent approach to your work
