• You will programme CNC-controlled milling and turning machines and set them up for the respective job
• During operation, you will operate the CNC machines and monitor the production process
• You correct and optimise existing programmes and adapt them to current requirements as necessary
• You manufacture components independently in accordance with technical drawings and inspection plans
• You select the appropriate tools, load the machines and change tools when they become worn
• During and after production, you carry out quality checks and verify dimensions using suitable measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality
• You continuously develop production processes and implement improvements into the production workflow
• You identify deviations and faults at an early stage, rectify them or report them to the relevant departments
• You keep your work area clean and maintain the machines as part of regular servicing

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You have experience in programming and operating CNC milling and turning machines
• Knowledge of Siemens control systems would be an advantage
• You are confident in using measuring equipment and check dimensions accurately
• You can read technical drawings and inspection plans with confidence and work independently according to them
• A basic spoken command of the German language is part of your profile
• You are characterised by your attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• You contribute to the discussion and put forward ideas for improving manufacturing processes
• Reliability and the ability to work independently are second nature to you
• A valid work permit completes your profile
