• You will operate various CNC lathes and milling machines independently
• You will monitor the manufacturing processes independently and ensure production quality
• You will independently inspect the finished workpieces using various measuring instruments
• In the event of deviations, you will independently make the necessary adjustments to the machine settings
• You will change the cutting tools independently and set up the machines as required
• At times, you will operate several machines simultaneously and coordinate the processes independently

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in this field
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work in a 2–3-shift system and to work overtime
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as a meticulous approach to your work, are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
