CNC SET-UP OPERATOR FOR MILLING AND GRINDING (M/F/D)

Your main responsibilities: • Tool selection, tool setting and tool change • Setting up 5-axis machines for milling and grinding operations • Carrying out milling and grinding work on CNC-controlled machines according to specified programmes • Maintenance and servicing of the machines • Checking and evaluating work processes and movement sequences • Final inspection and preparation of finished products for dispatch Your profile: • Completed apprenticeship as a machining technician, CNC turner, CNC miller, CNC grinder, CNC specialist or a comparable qualification • Several years’ professional experience, ideally as a machine setter • An interest in ceramic materials and technical innovations • A structured and team-oriented approach to work • Experience in using Siemens Sinumerik and/or Heidenhain control systems (from iTNC530 onwards) would be an advantage We are looking to offer either direct employment or, initially, a temporary contract with a view to permanent employment.
